Physician Care Centers - West Palm

"I had the worst experience with the receptionist, and some staff. I have been coming to this doctors office for about two years now. I recently had two appointment this week, one that I had to cancel due to an emergency. I called the office and left a message to notify them that I had an emergency and could not make it. I make it to my second appointment, and the receptionist barely greeted me, and was not welcoming. Another woman came behind me and she was greeted so welcoming, it was like night and day. I was called up and the receptionist asked if I had an appointment, and I stated yes because they called me a couple days earlier to confirm my appointment. She stated because I didn't make my prior appointment, my appointment for this day was cancelled. No communication. No reaching out. I advocated for myself to be seen because I was still having health issues that I wanted to be addressed, and the receptionist stated she will see what she can do. The whole time while I was being seen I felt like I was inconveniencing them, the nurse practitioner barely looked at me. I didn't feel welcomed. The receptionist was so rude, she made me feel as if I should not have been there, as if it was common sense for my appointment to be cancelled without my knowledge. It really left a bad taste in my mouth, and I will be looking for a new provider. You just can't treat people like that in healthcare, where people are entrusting you with their health."

"Terrible doctor but the nurses are good don't see dr. lortz dr. Philip lortz he was arrested for forcing himself on a patient lost his license in Florida but got it back and got his license revoked in his home state of Kansas Google his name you can also see his mugshot from Port St Lucie"
