"I recently visited Vital Urgent Care with my boyfriend, and we both had a great experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and Nerlyn in particular was fantastic. Unfortunately, my boyfriend was overcharged for a service, but the staff were quick to rectify the situation and refunded his money without any hassle. It was great to see such a customer-focused approach, and it really made us feel valued as patients. I would highly recommend Vital Urgent Care to anyone in need of medical attention. The staff are great, and their commitment to customer service is second to none. Five stars all round!"

"I am out of town a traveling nurse . I have been in Riviera Beach, FL for a month assisting my mother with surgery recovery. I have chronic urinary tract infections. I googled the nearest Urgent Care facility. This facility employees were fabulous. I am uninsured for the moment, the staff welcome me with open arms. No task was too small or too big for the NP."

"I will give zero star if I could, Before we go there, My husband called and asked how much for removing the stitches and the front desk told him $160, so we decided to go there bc the place seems nice and close to our house. He has insurance but they said they are outside of the network, they asked for $160, so we had to pay $160 out of pocket. So we decided to pay with no problem because he really needs to remove it So we was waiting for about an hour and finally the Nurse Nerlyn came to check. But she couldn’t cut all out just cut the thread on the top and the end and said couldn’t remove it bc some skin are covered already. So he failed to remove the stitches and still having another 2-3 inches of stitches under his skin and had to go home And another day after we went to see the second opinion and the doctor said he really needed to remove it and she could help but we have to pay for that!!!! Againnnnn we need to pay again for another $000 something. So I decided to call back to this place and explain to her talking nicely and explain that my husband not working and we don’t have income to pay another place since the stitches still inside of his skin that means you couldn’t remove the stitches out of his foot. I told her it doesn’t mean we are not going to pay we can pay another potion for your service but she denied !!! and this is what the Nurse Nerlyn told me “ we didn’t tell you that $160 is just for the Visit not for removal we supposed to pay another $100 on top of the removal. Seriously!!!!!! My husband called before and asked, you said that the price we have to pay are stitches removed and we called a couple places before they are about the same price nobody said we have to pay the visit and another removal Well this is the story I just wanted to share BE CAREFUL before, you really need to know what else they are going to charge!!! This is kind of SCAMS, That they keep asking for more money And denied to refund So we don’t have money to pay another place since he couldn’t work. I don’t know what to do at this point :("

"We've been here twice now, once for my son, and just yesterday for both myself and my son. They're quick, courteous and professional. The appointment set up online is easy but expect to spend a few minutes to answer questions pertaining to why you're being seen. I love an Urgent Care location that can check a patient in and see them all within a half hour - there were two of us! I almost don't want to rave about this place because I want it to always be so quick when I need to come here. It's a hidden gem for urgent care in my opinion. Thank you for the superb medical care and service!"
