"I made an appointment with Christian he was wonderful. He called me back to follow up which was great . I told him my insurance kicks in January 1 and I will wait because I could only pay half. He said no come in you can make a partial payment of 200 and we will bill the rest. When I get here Marisol would not let me be seen . She said I had to pay the entire 300 .I think that is terrible to do that to a patient . They seem very disorganized . They definitely are not on the same page. I’m in terrible pain . It’s horrible to do that to a patient. Someone says come and we can see you, then the Marisol says no we can’t. Marisol stated Christian does not have the authority to make appointments that why. Why would he do it if he could not . I guess it is good for some and not others. Marisol is very matter a fact and her body language is all wrong. She should not be dealing with patients. Marisol is the office manager , she definitely has poor customer service skills . She does not need to be the face of the office and the first person you deal with when you walk in .I know everyone has policies , but if you make a mistake you accommodate the patient , not inconvenience the patient. Marisol stated she called me to verify my insurance and I didn’t call back . It does not matter if I didnt call back . I was paying cash and was told how much I had to pay."

"This drs office has been a great place for people suffering with chronic pain until very recently. There is a new dr and pa specifically one named Gabi you really want to avoid. I don’t understand why she has such a problem with people who are suffering with chronic pain but she does. I mean why even be a PA at a pain management place if you’re not going to care or even treat someone’s pain? All the other PAs and Dr gatz is amazing but please if you care about your self stay far away from her."
