"I've lived all over the world and this medical center in the middle of Greenacres of all places is the single friendliest medical office I've ever set foot in. Every step of the way everyone was easy, quick, clear and friendly. Every single staff member took a moment to be friendly in a very non invasive and easy way. Dr Moises is a legend. It took me a moment to realize what was different about his bed side manner but after I left I realized that he was the only physician who had ever cared for me who seemed really, genuinely enthusiastic about their job. I hope of course that I will seldom need to visit the doctor but if I do I'm coming here. Thank you all."

"Dr Tamayo is very professional and enthusiastic. He speaks English and Spanish fluently. He showed me everything related to the report of ultrasound, CT scan, blood test every single time and explained them clearly how they affected to my health, also gave me some great advices . "I made an appointment more than a month ago. I asked if they accepted my insurance at that time they said yes. Sonia called me almost two days before my appointment to confirm the date and time. Later she called me five minutes to tell me they didn’t accept my insurance after she told me yes two times prior. After telling her I would pay out of pocket she still didn’t offer me the service. Highly unprofessional, don’t waste your time in this office. They don’t know what they’re doing."

"The staff here is incredibly unprofessional and has no idea what they are doing. First visit - had to be rescheduled because of a communication error, plus they managed to mess up my appointment time (I have email evidence of this) so I was reprimanded for being late when I was not late. Second visit - they took 20-30 minutes to call my insurance to verify my insurance. They provided their business's tax ID number but they were not listed in my insurance's system. All they needed to do was give them more information to be added to the system and they would be able to verify my insurance. INSTEAD they hung up the call and told ME that I needed to provide MY insurance company with THEIR BUSINESSES TAX ID NUMBER. WHAT???!!!! It was the most unbelievable situation. Then they said that my insurance did not have my information and they couldn't "find me". YES THEY CAN. I called them immediately after this appointment and verified my insurance and told them what these front desk receptionists told me. The representative from my insurance company laughed and couldn't believe that this business told me to provide her with THEIR TAX ID. What a disgrace. I am appalled with this experience and hope they are able to get themselves together."
