"If you are expecting a baby and want a great delivery, please do not use this practice because of Dr. Brown-Graham. She simply does not care about her patients in labor and delivery. She has the worst bedside manner I have ever seen from a medical "professional". She is extremely insensitive, dishonest, and careless. She didn't listen to what I wanted regarding my birth for my first baby. I was pressured to do an induction and told I would most likely end up with a c-section, all because my baby was 9.5lbs. People deliver big babies all the time with proper medical support and guidance, which I received none of. I received comments such as "you're not pushing hard enough" "are you ready yet?" "You're not trying" "you're going to end up with a c-section now" "we'll try it your way and see how that turns out" "you're too distracted with those breathing exercises" "you've watch too many YouTube videos and read too many books" This "doctor" deliberately delayed breaking my water to prolong the process instead of showing up 6 hours earlier at the scheduled time, which put me in labor for almost 2 days. During which time you cannot eat, drink water, or sleep. Of course I'm tired and exhausted when it comes to 4 hours of pushing, which she didn't come in for until she wanted me to have a c-section. She acted like my birth was an inconvenience and taking too long because it was 2am. She told the nurse to turn off my epidural without informing me of what was going on. She also did an episiotomy without informing me. WHO DOES THAT?! She stitched my episiotomy incorrectly and I have large scar tissue because of it. Who do you think you are to not inform your patients about what you're doing with their bodies? The joy of my first birth experience was robbed because of the carelessness and poor practice of this doctor. You should not be an OBGYN if you don't care about your patients in one of the most vulnerable times of their life, if you don't advocate for them, or have the basic human decency to listen to their concerns. Please just retire and let others take on patients who actually care. Dr. Patel is a nice person and doctor, but she is oblivious to the trauma that Dr. Brown-Graham is causing among her patients. She is dismissive of it. I believe my experience would have been completely different if Dr. Patel was there to deliver my baby, but her business partner is a monster and leaving her patients at risk, and she's doing nothing about it."

"After using this practice for the birth of my second child, I once again understood the black maternal crisis in America. I also quickly understood what it felt like to be belittled and disrespected by a doctor because of mental health struggles. However, I remained under their care because I just wanted to get through my pregnancy without the additional stress of looking for a new doctor. Dr. Brown-Graham claims to treat “high risk” obstetric patients, but lacks the compassion, care, and knowledge to do so properly. Not sure about how she treats or has treated others under her care, but she treated me with judgment and disdain and it has taken me over a year to leave a review of a truly traumatic experience from start to finish. Dr. Patel has a much better bedside manner than Dr. Brown-Graham in that she is not brash and rude, but she sits second fiddle to Dr. Brown-Graham, is aloof to what is going on, and as a result, has a dismissive disposition."

"Dr. Brown Graham was the most kind Dr I’ve ever encountered. She took her time to get to know me and made me feel completely comfortable. 10/10. Her MA was also very nice and comforting. The girl that checked me in and gave me my paperwork was also very nice. I love it here"

"I recently just had my second c-section and my delivery was impeccable. I am a patient of Dr.Patel who is extremely kind, calming, knowledgeable and reassuring. Dr. Brown-Graham did my delivery as she was on call and my baby decided to come a day early. She too is just as amazing as Dr. Patel. I am so grateful I chose this practice as my delivery was safe, recovery has been smooth thankfully -and I have a beautiful healthy baby thanks to this office! You are in good hands here :)"

"Dr Brown Graham visit was worth the wait. Upon arrival the office is quiet and welcoming. My time with Doc was not rushed. My issues were her issues. She gave me the facts and a realistic approach as to whether I should have surgery or not. I was not rushed at all to make a decision. I left the visit with a sound mind. I would definitely say from check in to check out was 100 and 5 big stars."
