"Shocking! I have been a BayCare patient for years. I want to state that Dr. Werden is the best doctor in my opinion in the state of Florida. I have been in the ICU and had just got released. I thought my follow up appointment would be with doctor Werden. I was not told that it would be with an ARNP named Shaniqua. I was very open minded as I love my ARNP's that I worked with before. I was obviously scared and was looking for some comfort. I truly felt like I was a number and she couldn't wait to get me out of the room. Jeanne the medical assistant was extremely kind and I can't say enough good things about her. This is certainly not the BayCare brand very disappointing."

"I normally don’t write reviews so you know it’s bad if I do. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I brought my 7 month old to this baycare pediatrics location to get an X-ray done & the first thing the tech does is strap him down INCLUDING his eyes. I try to stay calm because I just wanted to get the procedure done but my baby was screaming at the top of his lungs & this lady was so RUDE & said it would take about 20 minutes of him strapped down like this. Giving me dirty looks the whole time because I felt bad for my child. She didn’t console him once & when the doctor came in he was also rude. Why work for pediatrics if you’re not good with babies or parents? I did not continue with the X-ray and will be taking my baby somewhere they will treat him like a human not an animal."

"****DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN TO SEE DR ROBERT FRIEDMEYER**** We love many of the doctors at this location and have been bringing our son here since the day we left the hospital with him. However, my wife called me in tears over how Dr. Friedmeyer treated our 13 month old baby. He handled our baby very roughly and lost his temper when he wouldn’t sit still. There are plenty of other fields of medicine you can work in if you don’t have patience to deal with babies and children. He was also very condescending and dismissive to my Latin wife and mother in law. See literally ANY other doctor here and they will take great care of you. Just avoid this one at all cost."

"One of the best Doctor Experience I've had in years. Except for finding the entrance which is confusing the street number is on the front left of the building. The entrance is actually to the right side half way down the building. Check in is in the doorway. They will guide you from there. I was actually out of my appointment 10 minutes from the the appointment time. I was taken in early. Then I was able to get my blood work done on site. I can't tell you how nice and helpful everyone was. Being a new patient and the blood work I was in and out in less than 1 hour. Shocking, I will be keeping this doctor"
