"I'm here to review the doctor not the office staff like many others on here because the staff are not doctors I started going to the Oviedo office for about 3 years now and I have to say my doctor Dr Wandaly Pardo if I could give her 100 stars I would. She takes my health serious. She is very detailed explaining my blood works and very concerned about my health something no other doctor has done. I see her every 6 month had iron infusion done there because of my iron being so low and ever since they did the iron infusion my Iron has been normal going now on 3 years.."

"I just moved to Winter Springs after having a double mastectomy. Scary having to start with fresh Doctor & new Office. MUST say, they are terrific. Ivana & Zharia went above & beyond the call of duty to comfort me, answer questions & explain everything to me in layman's terms. Their kindness, care & compassion, was terrific!! They were very prompt calling me back. The office is extremely clean. When checking out, I had several new appts. & tests to get. Alicia was the bomb! Printed out each one. Highlighted important info & made sure I understood everything. So very happy with them!"

"Dr. Pardo is a wonderful doctor!! She really took the time to sit with me and hear my concerns about low ferritin. Another hematologist I saw, just told me to take oral iron and dismissed all my symptoms. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to tolerate oral iron well at such high doses. Dr. Pardo started iron infusions a few years ago and I feel SO MUCH BETTER! I've been a patient here for a few years and couldn't be happier with my experience. The nurses and staff at the infusion center are very kind and welcoming! I enjoy catching up with them during my appointments. Sometimes, I do have trouble getting through to scheduling on the phone and need to call 2 or 3 times. Also, if I have a routine appointment with Dr Pardo to review labs, sometimes I'm surprised to be seen by the NP instead of Dr. Pardo herself. Overall though I'm very happy with Mid Florida Cancer Center and I love being a patient here! They take excellent care of me!"

"The Office Manager Victoria and Leslie in Finance dept should not be in this business. They are heartless, rude and completely unorganized. I was denied my chemo treatment because I did not have my full payment. I had more than half the payment that they said I owed and offered to come back in two days to pay the balance, they refused stating they cannot take a partial payment nor could they take a check. They refused to allow me to do my treatment that day. My insurance has covered prior visits and I did not owe any money, nor have I ever owed them any money. Unfortunately due to location convenience I had no choice but to return to complete my treatments there and I paid my treatment in full (or should I say the payment they THOUGHT I owed), As I am receiving treatment Victoria comes to me to tell me I was over charged and I could write a different check or have a credit for next week. ARE YOU SERIOUS? Had they had their records correct the day they denied my treatment, I actually had the amount they were asking for and there was no reason whatsoever for them to deny my treatment that day. They didn't even know what I truly owed for a co-pay or deductible. I asked if I could get a letter stating they had denied my treatment due to not having the payment they asked for, Victoria refused saying "She was not allowed to write this letter". I wanted the letter to provide to my company who has a fund called the onefund which helps employees when they are in need. She later comes back to me to tell me she looked in to financial assistance for my chemo drug and there isn't any assistance. This is not what I asked her to do. I have the assistance needed had she provided me with the letter stating I was not able to receive treatment because I was short $45.00. I told her I wanted to speak to her Manager and she stated the result would be the same. I beg to differ and I have every intent to visit the Orange City office to discuss this. Having cancer and going through treatment is already a great deal of stress and hardship. I would think they would have some empathy or at least provide accurate information and billing. Today I called and was supposed to get a call back from Finance but as usual she never calls back. I have no complaints with Dr. Pardo, she takes time with her patients and explains every detail. I am very lucky to have her. The Nurses are GREAT! Especially Heather and Tracy. I am so thankful for them. They usually work at the Orange City location. How I wish I lived closer to that location because I have heard so many positive stories about that location. I run a business in the Oviedo area for 26 years and I have been a resident for 28 years. Never in my life would I imagine I would have had such a horrible experience as mentioned above in our city."

"Mid Florida Cancer center has latest equipments. My mom has been getting treatment here. I can't thank enough Dr. Sharma and his staff. Other doctors gave my mom few months to live thanks to Mid Florida she is still here with us 15 years later. Radiation equipment is latest and greatest. Office is located close to new Oviedo Hospital. I will highly recommend this office."
