"They deserve 000 stars First visit yesterday after waited for almost a week for them to get back to me after I faxed in my information. The office mngr finally got me in for an appointment. First red flag second one I received the reminder call the day before and she said make sure you get there early bc the doctor is leaving at 4! Got there 30 min early filled out paperwork, waited in lobby almost an hour then finally get to a room and wait another hour and half only to be called into his office to consult. Only exam I was actually given was by the nurse (blood pressure) and a trainee with him of an eye exam . N the measurement of my neck….While I’m waiting in the room I could hear all the negative things being said about the office and doctor. I should’ve left then bc after speaking to him and him not hearing anything I said , he tells me I’ve taken to many migraine meds but yet he prescribes more migraine meds !! This medication he gave me in office and prescribed are the same meds I’ve taken previously with no results and then of course he recommends a sleep study lol Worse office and doctor I’ve ever seen! Staff was friendly and helpful . They knew I was so upset after spending 4 hours there they didn’t even ask me to schedule a follow up , the girl said I can tell by your face your not returning!! You got that right ma’am! Don’t waste your time on this place !! Worse experience ever! I wish I could have done zero stars!!"
"They call the day of the appointment to tell you they sent patient forms to your email and remind you your appointmentis today. I don't check my email unless someone says i sent you an email. They said they told me during scheduling, they did not. Why are you calling the day of and not the day before? And I went in checked my email. Nothing is in my email box or spam box. This place is disorganized and a joke. I'm not going scan my email and play phone tag to figure out where my email is when I have to get ready for work. That's why you call the day before. Oh we sent a reminder email. I didn't get the first email, how would the reminder email make it to my email box. Pay for professionals not teenagers. Or probably the boss doesn't know how to teach or run the office themselves. No one confirmed with me if I even received and email to make sure I got it."

"I just received a bill from them for $2900, mind you before I went to the appointment I asked what will this cost me. I was told they were working on my authorization a d would call me when it’s done to set up appointment. I got a call a few days saying they had approval from my insurance company. I had my appointment, then I get a bill fro $2900. I called and asked about it, the receptionist called back to tell me yup that’s my bill. I told her that no one told me this would cost $2900. She said she would tell her manager about it. Meanwhile I her someone I’m the background giving her instructions on what to say to me. I guess I’m gonna have to seek counsel, I’m not paying this amount"
"The people that set the appointment are very rude. There were no set up detail instructions when you pick up a home test. If you call to see why you haven't gotten a call back for an appointment they get mad at the customer. The sweety and hunney after saying something rude doesn't fix the damage. The damage is done with poor customer service."
