"So my primary care Dr wanted me to have a colonoscopy because I’m over the age of 45. I scheduled my appointment for 130 and I arrived at 12:45 so I would have enough time to fill out any paperwork. At 1 o’clock I was told that the doctor was going to be over an hour due to an emergency. I explain to the lady at front. I cannot wait until 230 to see a doctor as I had other things going on today. She offered me to see somebody else in the office which I agree to. She proceeded to stick me in a room and heavy weight 35 minutes, so i came out and explained I could not wait any longer. At that moment, they’re already taking my co-pay and I asked for a refund , she pushed a couple buttons on her machine and said that she gave me a refund, but I never got a receipt for anything. I wasted my entire day driving across town for this appointment. This office is rude and doesn’t care about their patience time. Go elsewhere for your colonoscopy."
