"absolutely horrible bedside manner. very rude. accused me of recording her when we told her at the beginning of the appointment that my dad was listening on the phone because he couldn’t physically be there. don’t go, seriously. if you have any opinion whatsoever on what they tell you they just get upset."

"Absolutely a nightmare trying to reach them via phone call. Phone hours are until 5pm M-Th yet they never pick up. The machine must be set to be out of office hours because I’m calling before their time off and it will not let my calls through. I can reach emergency service call center and they don’t even have the right hours. Atrocious, what’s the point of having a phone."

"They misdiagnosed me and said I had “motor tics” but the whole time I ACTUALLY had benign fasciculation. All the doctors are rude and don’t care one bit the only one that actually cares and tries to help is the NP. Her and the office staff are the only nice ones."

"My experience with them so far has been great except for my telehealth appointment earlier today. I had a earlier appointment scheduled for this past Tuesday but she was late and never sent me the link to log in. I rescheduled for today. Dr. Maria Rodriguez de Vera was very rude. She was very dismissive and judgmental. I asked her question about my son’s upcoming EEG and she was very inconsiderate. Speaking as if I was supposed to know and not very compassionate at all. It was very discouraging and disrespectful due to the nature of what I’m dealing with in regards to my son."
