"More than once I have experienced the call center staff not writing what I ask them in a message. My messages are then sent and ignored! I have been calling all week about a refill that I keep getting told was sent to my pharmacy but was actually denied to refill, why I haven't a clue! Now I won't have medication needed to control my seizures and I keep calling saying please let me speak to someone in the office tell them to call me but no response"
