"I hurt my ankle while out of town on Friday and immediately had an xray done where I was told nothing was broken. I wanted a second opinion so a friend recommended me to Dr Perez! I called this morning and they got me in same day. Sure enough he found a slight fracture. I normally hate doctors offices because they take forever, but the staff here was extremely friendly and they had me in and out in under an hour! Dr Perez was very thorough in explaining to me exactly what was wrong and how I should take care of it moving forward! A big thank you to the team for making my experience stress free! I would highly recommend them!"

"Dr. Braun and his staff will lie, blame, and take ZERO responsibility for any mistakes they make. Even after a major surgery and leave you to fend for yourself. They will deny and straight lie to your face EVEN with proof of them lying. Dr. Braun will scream and yell what he thinks happened while completely IGNORING what actually happened. So after being screamed at by a doctor and nurse, that I was a liar, I was hung up on. His office said NOTHING to us about after surgery care, not one word. Then AFTER surgery, Cheryl calls and tell me a nurse and PT are coming over. Again, nothing was ever mentioned about this before the surgery and now I'm still messed up from the surgery, in pain, barely know what's going on so I tell them no because we knew nothing about it and it makes us super uncontrollable having people we knew nothing about come to the house in that state. Cheryl the nurse told Dr. Braun she called before the surgery and left a message on Wednesday the 27th. She did not call or leave a message, I checked my call log and confirmed through the bill. Even with the phone records showing she didn't call, he still attacked us and blamed us for their mess up!. ...and we still have NO idea how surgery went or what was actually done. Everybody in his office is more concerned with what "should've happened" instead of what actually happened and now I'm paying for it. It's not even about who was right or who said what at this point, not a single one of them, took responsibility for the situation and be like, "We're so sorry for the miscommunication and whatever happened, it doesn't matter now, let's just get you taken care of" Nope, just a nasty VM of Dr. Braun telling me what shouldve happened AGAIN, and threatening to drop me from his care altogether if I don't comply and behave properly. Respect is a two way street. When Cheryl called yelling at me and calling me a liar, you have then lost all my respect and I will gladly talk to you the same way. My wife and I are beyond disgusted with Dr Braun and Cheryl the nurse for how I was treated. They all get to go about their day as normal after all this, while I spend the next few days trying to settle down. **This a reply to the owner's response** We are completely aware of what should've happened, it's been yelled at us by Cheryl and Dr. Braun repeatedly. The problem is it didn't. We received NO paperwork with anything about a team coming by after the surgery, nor was I told. Had it been brought up prior to surgery, I would've discussed other options bc I never want people in my home, ever. We go to whoever we need to and had planned on that for after surgery. This is what I was hoping to explain to Dr. Braun when he called back, but instead he just attacked me for refusing "the help" and demanded in an extremely unprofessional manner, that my wife and I listen to him. He would not hear our side at all, just belittling us and threatening us that if I don't "behave properly" he would dismiss us. With my mental issues I deal with daily, having people come to the house isn't the best for me, it's a very uncomfortable and stressful situation especially when unannounced. Which is why we always make a point to make other arrangements if people need to come by the house. And then having it dumped on me while I'm 3 hours out of surgery still doped up, my phone blows up from nurses wanting to come over. I will be filing a complaint with the VA over this, bc nobody should have to be treated and talked to like my wife and I have. I agreed to the nurse and pt guy coming today only bc I need help. And let's talk about the level of care you guys give for a second... whoever responded to this review, is the only response we've gotten and the only chance we've had to explain that none of what "should've happened" happened."
