"Horrible experience. I should have trusted my gut and left. Lied to about insurance coverage. I should have confirmed with myself. Repeated calls to schedule a procedure I have told them I will not have done with them. Them received a bill for twice the amount of the first bill. UPDATE Still ongoing issue with billing. My bill has tripled since my original review, even though payments are being made. I emailed customer service and they were responsive but not helpful. Spoke with an account representative to get this rectified, he was helpful but still weary as I kept getting calls. The phone calls are beginning to be borderline harassment. They need to have better communication within the company and better customer service."

"I also had insurance and they still charged me for a no show when I showed up for my appointment! They say they take Medicare but they will still find a way to charge you!if you use them don't give them your credit card number. Also they are always under staffed."

"I paid my co pays at the visits in cash and they never credited my account. A year later I'm getting a bill for a collection agency saying I owe $155. I was robbed. This place is the worst. The main number scheduled me for an appointment at 4, and when I got there, they said they close at 4 and to make a new appointment. The second appointment, they said the ultrasound lady was not there. The third visit they said the ultrasound lady was overbooked, but I should talk to Dr. Bowers who put me in a room and turned on a video and left. The fourth visit they spent 15 minutes ultrsounding my legs, said there was nothing wrong, and charged my insurence company $1200. Now they have stolen my co pays and are wrecking my credit. Run, don't walk away from this place. They don't answer the phone, don't have the common courtesy to cancel an appointment they can't fulfill and they place stinks. They are total scammers! I only wish I could give them 0 stars!"
