"A perfect experience The ease of making the appointment through the website, submitting insurance via text, amazing!! Arrival: an extremely clean building, very friendly staff, perfectly on time! They do not overwhelm with paperwork! Next, we were taken to the back, very thorough questions asked on medical history and vision concerns, quick vision check, and they checked my old glasses for prescription strength. We then went in a room where they were able to take pictures of my eyes, super cool machine. After that we were brought to another room where we did a more thorough vision check, eyes dilated. We were then brought out to pick out frames for our prescription. We were treated amazingly well! I felt like I was in a luxury store guided through choices. We then went back to have eyes checked after dilation, reviewed pictures, and received a clean bill of eye health. We finished with measurements for our glasses, paid and off we went. The entire experience was extremely easy, awesome staff, lovely doctor."
