"Not the best or even close to the best Pain Management Clinic in Kissimmee / Orlando / St. Cloud area. I would not recommend it. Dr. Song doesn't seem to be much of a people person. The Staff is not very efficient and will be dismissive if you call to ask a question or have a concern about medication at least the ones I've been able to engage with. It just feels like, when you're lucky enough to talk to someone over the phone that their trying to get rid of you and move on to the next patient. It took them two weeks to send my prescription to the pharmacy and an additional 10 days to provide a prior authorization so I can be told after almost a month of waiting that my insurance is not approving the medication. Not everyone there is inept but a few bad apples make it a very negative experience."
