"Lots and lots of misinformation, causing delays and confusion and I don’t have time for any of it. My main priority is to get my daughter to stop suffering and when dr’s/nurses and staff start to create obstacles and me having to try and jump through loop holes is when I will put a stop to it. No one is on the same page and just causing more issues and wrong information being relayed, so much misinformation being relayed and too many people involved which causes even more confusion. You never seem to get a call back from the same person you originally spoke to which again, ends up with more miscommunication and misinformation. Very inconsistent and unprofessional. The lass nurse who I spoke to sounded like she had a newborn baby in her lap and could barely follow along with what she was trying to say cause she was obviously very distracted. Like what type dr’s office allows staff to be caring for babies while on the phone with patients? I told the nurse I was going to find another ENT and no need to proceed. The nurse calls me back 2 hours later (yes the same person I spoke to actually same one who called back this time (shocking) just to tell me “Yes Dr agrees for you to find another ENT”…. All I could do was laugh that she actually called me back just to say that. Very unprofessional establishment and it’s even more unprofessional coming from a pediatric specialist…. Like come on, have a little professionalism at the least and work on the huge lack of communication and consistency. I can’t wait to move back to Boston as the healthcare in FL is the bowels of the healthcare system."

"We are so blessed to have been referred here for my son by his pediatrician. Dr. Andrews, Dr. Binding (anesthesiologist) and his ENTIRE staff are phenomenal. My son will be two in August and needed tubes (chronic ear infections) and his adenoids removed. From day one this office was not only professional and friendly but extremely devoted to My son and HIS needs. The procedure itself lasted not even 10 minutes. Recovery was exactly everything we were told it would be like. They have multiple office locations and scheduling is not at all difficult."
