"Terrible place to be treated. I wish I had an option for negative starts! #1 the receptionist didn’t even acknowledge me at, I was standing there like a dummy until 3 minutes later she says “sara” ummm yeah! The only other person in the clinic was a man! Hello to you too!!! No warmth, no hello. Moving on the nurse prescribed me an antibiotic that I was unfamiliar with. As a pregnant woman, I’ve only been prescribed amoxicillin, and she said check with your midwife and let me know if there are any concerns. Well, there was! She had me on the phone for 15 minutes trying to convince me she’s right. Wait a minute, I’m the paying client and she only prescribed an antibiotic what’s it to her what brand I want?!? Finally after the craziness she changed my prescription. I will never go there again and if you want warmth and kindness I wouldn’t recommend this place either. There is a clinic across the street by Dunkin’ Donuts I usually go to. People are nice, kind and warm. Peace love and good health!"

"Staff was attentive and helpful at time of appointment. The followup customer service (after the appointment), was lacking and frustrating. Calling the main number back (an automated system) for test results had me calling multiple times could not get a hold of anyone. I left text/voice messages and tried multiple extensions to get a real person.The only live person I was able to reach was billing.. Your automated answering service does not work. Do better for patient care."

"Kayla Peters is awesome, came in for a preemployment drug screening after a long day of work and she made the process easy and quick. Annette at the front desk was also extremely kind and welcoming during check in. Customer service was immaculate. These women deserve a raise!"

"Not impressed. Loud music in waiting room and waiting room hot on both visits. Need to consider lowering ac or putting shades on large windows. When you are sick (and already feel warm) and have trouble breathing, it is torturous to sit in a hot waiting room. The worst part about my visit was the encounter with Stacey, NP. She was rude, cut me off when I was speaking, was judgmental and made me feel like she was doing me a favor. As a previous employee of Tampa General, this is not the care they exemplify. The CNA was pleasant and friendly and this is the only thing positive about my experience."

"The facility was comforting & clean. The staff was very friendly & helpful. Dr. Collins is great. She was able to diagnose my symptoms & provide me with the proper medication needed to get better."
