"This is the worst company that you could possibly think of working for as a health care provider. They are dishonest. They do nothing but lie about job openings. They have nothing to offer. They hired me as an NP in 2021 as they said they had a contract with a company in Jacksonville Florida. They LIED as they did not have the contract. Since they hired me I have not had a paycheck except for the initial training. They continue to re-credential me and renew m NP protocols and malpractice policy but not provide me gainful employment. I finally after almost 2 years of no job sent them a e-mail resigning my position. I asked for a label to send back the original equipment they sent in January 2021 and they told me to go to Fed Ex and send it back on their account number and not to insure it. I sent the tablet and accessories back on 6/10/2022 and kept my receipt and tracking number. They are still sending me emails to send back the equipment even though they have already received back the tablet and everything else they sent me. They are so dishonest. and continue to harass you with liable defamation type emails. I called Their IT department today and spoke with a supervisor named Xavier and he did not know anything, totally useless employee of the company as well as the rest of the IT department. They should all be fired for their dishonest and disrespectful behavior. Stay away from this company, they do not belong in healthcare."

"This place is terrible!! It is a prison! They do not care about anything but money! You can not even take two minutes to use the restroom, if so you have to take time off your break time! Very cut throat! Extremely micro managed! This is a modern day sweat shop. Training is okay. They swear by not harassing people, just run like a telemarketing firm, not a medical company. Very disappointed!!"

"Worst interview ever, manager clearly didn't like me from the beginning and they spent an hour grilling me on totally bizarre questions. I left not wanting that job!"

"What a company! I learned about Matrix while attending a recent job fair, the recruiter seemed friendly and took my resume and advised me to apply online. I applied the same day and two days later I received an online resume to complete. I then received an e-mail from the recruiter after the assessment was complete that he would call the following Monday to interview me over the phone, Monday came and went as did the rest of the week and he never called me. I've never heard of the company not showing up to the interview but I guess there's a first time for everything. My guess is if a company cannot even remember to interview a prospective employee that they confirmed the interview with via e-mail, they're not wroth working for!"
