"They were offering food vouchers by appointment only supposedly. I show up with my event invitation email. Just to stand in line to receive a free turkey or ham from a store up to $12.00. What food distribution event is this?! Ridiculous"

"Ever since the changes in the altamonte location the referral person has messed up 2 of my appointments. My cancer doctor told me I have kidney stones and to call my primary. I did and she ordered an mri. My follow-up appt was friday. I guess she took early Thanksgiving. No idea when I can see her. Was just told january"

"First let’s start with my husband receiving someone else’s medical info ( vitals, DOB, medical issues, med list and dosages, etc.)upon check out which is a HIPAA violation and the wrong name his labs referral, then we get laughed at over the phone when asking for a translator for him. He sees Dr. Benjy who’s a sweetheart and she tries really hard to explain things to him when I’m not available to translate but it’s not the same. We always get told with sarcasm “you do know she speaks Spanish?” Uh, I think I would know especially if she herself asks if I’m available on his appointment days. Good doctor which is why we stay, but some incompetent staff members who make things difficult."

"today August 4 at 1.20 pm I went to deliver my wife's exam to Dr. Jazmine Moran and I was attacked by the security officer in the lobby in front of the other clients and the receptionist. Just for putting the date of birth on the wrong paper. The people who attend these health centers must be more educated and treat clients with respect. I feel very surprised by this bad moment."
