"WASTE OF TIME and money. Brought my son with severe ear pain (hence the need to seek Urgent Care). As a walk-in we were expecting a long wait but the place was empty, front desk said wait time was max 30 mins, I asked to allow us to wait in our car since my son was in so much pain. They gave us a call an hour in, which is understandable. The front desk and the lady who took his vitals were good. But then the nightmare begin. We waited 50 mins in the assigned room, listening to a loud long argument between the front desk Clerk and someone in the back, to ultimately get a rude and unapologetic “nurse” that barely checked my son, and blame it all on allergies, which he never had. Vivienne made us feel like we were bothering her the 2-3 minutes she spent with us. She was so rude I was afraid to ask follow up question or even explained his symptoms. What a disservice to the Advent Health name and what they stand for. People should be treated with respect and care. Empathy perhaps?"

"THIS ADVENT LOCATION WAS AMAZING! From the moment we walked in, everyone was very attentive and kind. It's not often we walk into a Healthcare facility where we actually feel welcome and they make sure of it. We loved the scripture all over place as well. As believers in Christ this only made us feel even more at home. Thank you Felicia, Chardonnay, Rondalin, and Dr Vivienne. We hope we won't have to return, but if we do it will definitely be here!"

"I arrived for my appointment early to check in and the receptionist and the girl who brought me back to my room were very pleasant. As I was heading to the room, I heard and observed someone on the phone obviously, by the overheard conversation, on a personal phone call. Through the walls, I could still hear the personal conversation go on for 25 minutes. After the 25 minutes of waiting in the room to be seen, I opened the door to find out when I will be seen. That same person popped out of her chair and said, "Oh, sorry, I was with a patient." (The parking lot was empty, so no other patients were there!) She then asked me my symptoms and only looked in my throat. (I was not having an issue in my throat!) She's explaining allergies to me...I don't have allergies! Within 2 minutes, she's telling me what's she's prescribing and I'm good to go. Very unprofessional and no thorough exam. Very disappointed in the level of care I received."

"A very comfortable experience, sweet and caring staff. A friendly environment that ease the worry you came with( at least in my case) anyway I had a great consult with the most charming and funny Dr. I ever had in over 40 years, if you don't feel good come here and they will take care of you and if you feel funny come on over anyway, they love funny patients too !!!"
