"I saw Dr. Jay once & he was very kind & explained my issues thoroughly. The thing I hate the most is scheduling an appointment for a cystoscopy. They tell me when he is available. I prefer to schedule an appointment at the time that works best for me. Not at 4PM They were supposed to call with an available date at my preferred time. 2 days and no call. Plus, the nurse who prepped me for a procedure was very rough. Enough to cause irritation. Not sure if I will go back."
"Originally went to see Dr Jay for low testosterone evaluation. Was told a blood test was needed that they did right in the office.It was never scheduled.Returned the next week in early August for another for a follow up and to discuss another procedure which I was told was only done on Friday afternoon.Medication was ordered and when I went to schedule the appt. I was told there was nothing till the end of September.The medication was delivered on Aug.11.Several weeks later my appointment was changed to Oct 12. The medication cost 178.00$.this Sunday I checked it and that it expired on September 12.when I called to discuss this I was told the office manager would call me back that day.Never received any call or message.Cancelled my appt and am out 178dollars."
