She got defensive, when I said mental patients typically need to be seen sooner, and I told her I wasn’t blaming her, but wanted to know if there were any other options. There weren’t. "The absolute best psychiatrist I’ve ever been to. He didn’t rush me; he believed all my symptoms and he made me feel like everything was going to be okay. When one medication didn’t work, he didn’t try to make it seem like I wasn’t taking them correctly (like others had). He genuinely cared about me as a person. His staff is wonderful as well. If I ever called with a question or complaint, I would get a call that same day. I recently started having my panic attacks again and all I had to do was call him and he called in my medication.
