"This office is amazing with smart, courteous and professional front staff. That’s hard to find in any kind of establishment these days. Dr Perez seems to genuinely care and is thorough in her visits. The office is clean, parking is easy to access. An overall pleasant experience. 10/10"

"The employees behind the desk have been rude and disrespectful on multiple occasions. Today was the last straw. This was already after I received a text last month that my upcoming appointment had been cancelled, even though I did not cancel it myself, and, when I had called that day it had happened, I was assured I still had an appointment scheduled. Flash forward to today, when I called because I needed to reschedule and the lady I was speaking to said “it was already cancelled”. I let her know the situation and she cut me off giving a spiel about the automated system and I should have called etc (even though I DID call. I was annoyed that she cut me off but I pushed forward and said “ok then I guess I need to schedule a new appointment” and then asked her if she could relay a question to the doctor about some bloodwork she had ordered. She refused to relay the question, saying the only way I can ask a question about my upcoming lab work was to make another appointment. I expressed that I shouldn’t have to pay an extra copay just to ask a question and maybe I needed to rethink any appointments with this office altogether. Before I could finish she cut me off AGAIN, said “and you’re entitled to that” and then hung up the phone. On top of the unfriendly staff, the doctors are constantly cycling in and out. Most either want to put you on heavy medications without exploring whether you actually need them or are having to Google things as they’re trying to tell you what your lab work means. Highly unprofessional and scary. I’d rethink if you’re planning to try out this office (or any Doctor’s Center location, to be honest)."

"I went in with strep throat and no insurance, and they were so helpful to me and get me in in a timely manner. Shanalo at the front desk was so nice and extremely helpful, as well as Dr. Duluc. If you want people who care about others, this is the place to go."

"The company was bought up for the third time. Many of the good employees were fired. Even Dr. Okie. And he’s a very intelligent Doctor you can’t replace. This place only cares about “fee for service” the only two doctors left are over worked and one of them is leaving. I feel bad because there was so much potential for the doctors center. They even lied and said doctor okie was not practicing anymore. He in fact IS. If you are looking for Dr. Okie you can find him at the Pareto Clinic. Where they actually care for the patients and always bring great energy. They have Spanish speaking employees AND accept Medicaid and Medicare. And to address the comment below. I also was a patient of the doctors center. And in this case my review is valid. Just an fyi"

"Dr. Okie and the nurses here are great! They are so understanding and helpful. Dr. Okie has seen me without an appointment because of the crucial pain I was in. He always takes the time to listen to me and he has great bedside manner. It’s been a very long time since I’ve seen a doctor that actually cares to listen like he does. I also had to take my toddler with me and they were so accommodating and so sweet to him, it made me love the employees there even more!! Thank you for caring for me and treating me like a human, not just a number or a paycheck."
