"Unprofessional & unorganized. This is the THIRD time I've made an appointment online only to get there & be told I can't be seen because they're closing at such & such time (time has not been consistent). The receptionist (don't know her name) older white woman, is especially RUDE & needs to find a career that doesn't involve talking to people. Her LACK of professionalism is astounding, especially when I'm just trying to get clarification to prevent this from happening YET AGAIN."

"Not professional and all the time the staff has attitudes and the receptionist has an arrogant and indisposed attitude with gestures that everything bothers her and bad manners. Last time I come and honestly, an establishment with that type of staff is not recommended for serving the public. During their lunch time, all of us in the waiting room go outside the building until they open again."

"As a Registered Nurse, I am extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism displayed by this facility. Their decision to lock their doors 15 minutes before closing, despite being aware of my pending return with patient samples, is extremely unacceptable and disappointing. This situation not only inconveniences me, but also negatively impacts my patients. When I knocked on the door, the staff member came into the front room. Looked at me. And turned around. All necessary forms had been completed, and I was simply dropping off the samples. From the onset, their behavior was exceedingly rude, and they displayed a complete lack of attentiveness towards anything I was trying to communicate to them. It was evident that they had no interest in fulfilling their professional duties and simply did not want to cooperate or work with me. This experience has greatly impacted my trust in their services, and I will not be using them again in the future for my patients."
