"The worst pediatric appointment I've ever taken my child to. Beyond unprofessional with signs in the office offering free Starbucks cards if you leave a good review, like a restaurant not a professional office. The Dr didn't listen to me at all, spent about 90 seconds with us and gave me the most generic advice I'd heard a hundred times. Scoped my kid without even asking me or talking to him first and he's 10. Seems like a factory to charge for the scoping and they are just focused on getting money out of you. I'd give zero stars if I could and it wasn't even worth my time or co-pay!!"

"Dr. Roy had horrible patient interaction. Came in & out of the room 10 times changing his plan/treatment, took 2 seconds to look in my ear and didn’t even care to hear about my symptoms (headaches, ear pain, facial swelling, etc). Told me to hold on, Walked out of my room and right into another patients…. Ended up in the ER 5 days after seeing him with major facial swelling. Turns out I have severe sinus infection for over 30 days which had been misdiagnosed as an ear infection by urgent care. If Dr. Roy had spent more than 20 seconds with me at a time he likely would have correctly diagnosed me and saved me the ER trip. Was easy to get appointment and staff was friendly but I’d choose another doctor in the practice if bedside manner & diagnosis is your thing."
