"The front desk receptionist is not nice in person or on the phone always giving attitude and cutting you off when your trying explain what’s going on. Second of all I was given to nurse practitioner Lynn who’s completely dismissed my concerns as to why my periods are irregular. I felt as a African American whose plus size she’s completely had a preconceived notion that I have diabetes even I did blood work that proved that I wasn’t diabetic.Also I believe she has completely misdiagnose me because she believes I have pcos even through we did that ultrasound found nothing that could lead to me having pcos.Never coming back here again going somewhere else that listen to its patient and actually have the right Diagnosis instead of assuming,thinking, or guessing without having actual proof to back up the diagnosis."

"Dr. Kim Ashchi is amazing! I have been with her for 22 years, 3 pregnancies and a hysterectomy now. I have followed her all over town to 5 different locations and I will continue to do so for as long as she practices. She saw that I had left a bad review due to a couple of bad experiences with her office staff and she immediately talked to me about it to fix it. While the office and scheduling system could still use some work, she herself is worth 10 stars, so I will try to be more patient as she trains her staff to be as caring, understanding, and personable as she is."

"Classic “if I could give zero stars I would” situation. I had a new patient appointment two weeks ago. I showed up half an hour early to complete paperwork for a 9:00 appointment. At 9:25 I asked if I should reschedule and was told they would be pulling me back “right now.” At 9:35 I told them I needed to reschedule as I start work at 10:15 and did not want to rush my appointment. I was very understanding, I work in health care and totally get this happens sometimes. They were also learning a new computer system so that adds to delays. We rescheduled my appointment and I was told “next time you can just go right back as you have already completed your paperwork and we have your ID!” Great. I show up today 15 minutes early for 9:00 appt and the same person was at the desk. She started with the new patient ppw and I reminded her that I completed that last time. She told me there was nothing in the system. She asked if it was her at the desk, and I confirmed and explained what happened last time. She said, “That sucks,” and that I would have to complete the paperwork again. That means I definitely would not be seen by my 9:00 appt time and again risk being late to work. I told her to cancel my appointment and I would not be back. Why have a health clinic open at all if you can’t get anyone past the front desk? Horrible first and second impression. It looks nice from the outside and in the lobby but who knows what’s really going on behind the doors. If anyone has a recommendation for a quality non OB gynecologist let me know as I am still searching for someone."

"I’ve been coming here for my entire pregnancy seeing Np, Midwife Lynn Trotter. She is the first obgyn that has taken every concern of mine seriously. She made sure that I saw all the specialists needed for my high risk pregnancy and never failed to run all the tests needed to ensure my baby’s health after previous losses at other obgyn offices. I always feel comfortable messaging and calling her with any question or concern. I had a wonderful delivery with her as well for my son and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I also had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Kim Aschi here and midwife Jane at the university location once each and they were great as well. I enjoy the front desk & office staff as well Kim, Valencia, Debbie, & Teresa as they have always treated me with kindness. Honorable mention to the nurses who greet you & do vitals. They are always sweet & work very hard! This is a great facility. 10/10"
