"This is the third visit I've had to wait for over 45 mins in a back room to be seen. I walked out and no one noticed or said anything. The previous visit they had forgotten I was there. I'll be going back to the VA... it was a more pleasant experience."

"If I could give negative stars, I would. This place is horrible - they do not pay attention to patient health needs, they take forever to get prescription refill requests submitted, and it always takes 2-3 calls at a MINIMUM to get the requests from the doctor to the pharmacy. On check-up days, the wait time is ridiculous. I wouldn't be surprised if they have a list of patients that have died or ended up in the ER due to their negligence and lack of care."

"At every appointment, I'm usually 5 minutes early. Then I wait in the lobby for 20-30 minutes. They take me back to a room and get my vitals then I wait another 20-30 minutes for the doctor to see me. He's in the room for less than 5 minutes, ask how I'm doing, checks my breathing and heartbeat, then gone. For the last week I've been waiting for the doctor to send a refill script to my pharmacy. I keep getting the same runaround when I call. They will put it in my chart. The pharmacy has sent multiple request too. All unanswered. After 10 years, I think it's time to find a new physician. Ever since the new conglomerate bought them, service has tanked."

"I received horrible service from Dr. Jesus Logronio. I attempted to establish care with a primary provider under my new insurance in Feb 2023. During the appointment, my BMI was brought up. I advised the doctor that I was not there to discuss my weight, I was there to establish primary care. My appointment was billed as an OBESITY CONSULTATION and rejected by my insurance because I don't have coverage for that type of visit. Seriously horrible service here. I will be seeking primary care elsewhere. The level of discrimination and inhumane treatment I received here is appalling."

"I've been going to this practice for 3 years, at first I had insurance and lost it when I switched jobs. I then had to be "self pay" the practice was not so expensive and I was able to continue my care there. One of the greatest experiences has been the care, undertanding and respect I received from Anna at the Doctors Center Southside (Old St. Augustine Road) she an amazing professional and an a very caring person."
