"It is nearly impossible to schedule an appointment! I have made numerous attempts to call, however, the employees answer, "Florida Department of Health, please hold," and leave you on hold for long period of time. On 12/06/2023, at approximately 3:43pm, after calling several times, a staff member, came back to the line after having me on hold for approximately 5 minutes. I asked to schedule an appointment. She then says, in an unpleasant tone, as if I was bothering her, "you have to call back tomorrow to schedule an appointment." I asked, "What time? There's no days and times online. Can you be more specific?" She then says, "It's too late today. Call back tomorrow." I ask her if she can give a time frame and be more helpful. She then states, "It varies." I asked her for her name. She literally said, "No." I then ask, "You said no? Ma'am, did you say no, you cannot provide me your name?" After I asked her to repeat that she said no, she then says, "Ms. Brown". Ms. Brown is very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONALISM! I do believe it to be their culture. How they operate in that office, because my past encounters were not pleasant either. The morale in that office must be low. It appears they dislike their job and they simply work for a check and can careless about people."
