"Probably the worst experience of my life. The surgery went well, but the after care was horrible! Orders for physical therapy were never placed for my recovery I had to request the appointments from the PA, Justin. I also had quite a few set backs, and wasn't responding to therapy well and he ignored all of my requests for follow up appointments and MRI requests. At one point I was hit by a car in the southeast orthopedic specialists parking lot on my way to an appointment, he never followed up with me, and he even stated that he wasn't concerned about me being hit by a car so soon after my surgery. His competence as a medical professional concerns me, I have a hard time understanding how he is allowed to practice medicine or even be allowed to interact with patients in any capacity. The physical therapists are nice enough and seem to know what they are doing but there is absolutely no hands on therapy, and they seem to be afraid of the medical staff, one therapists told me that Justin will be mad that I'm not doing well in therapy. Not concerned but mad, and I believe it because of his treatment and attitude towards me. In the long run I chose to go to a new orthopedic specialist with new physical therapists and the results have been better than satisfactory. If you want excellent care and positive results for your orthopedic care do not use South East Orthopedic Specialists find care elsewhere where the medical staff are concerned with your needs, your well being, and over all recovery. No one deserves to be ignored and basically bullied through a traumatic event such as an injury they need to heal from."

"I went all the way to this office after confirming my appointment yesterday. When o get there they tell me they canceled my appointment two days ago. Did t let me know until I got there that it was canceled. No concern at all about the pain I was in, me having to cancel my own appointments to be there nor the distance I traveled to be there. Such a waste of my time and resources. Oh well they just conveniently put someone else in my appointment time and life and money goes on for them. I would not recommend going to this location.My appointment was scheduled with Dr. Patel. When they supposedly let him know the interpretation of the response was oh well."
