"This place was meh before for adults but was good for weekend care if you were a FCP patient. They did have a decent pediatrics Dr now they no longer accept children! To boot we called ahead of time with the issue and said it was a child and to make sure they were open since everything has changed with FCP. FCP really needs to change their name since they do not take care of children anymore and have handed off that part of the pratice."

"Brought grandson in for ear issue, seen in under 10 minutes, diagnosed and on our way in 15 total minutes! Great staff, caring and understanding!"

"There is nothing good I can say about our visit. We were there today March 12, 2023. We were taking my son who had a fever, coughing and could have a ear infection. There were two people ahead of us. They both were called back. I thought we would be next. Another lady came in after us checked in and sat down. She was called in the back we were still sitting there. There was a man and young girl that walked in. The lady at the desk took them back about 15 mins later. We were still sitting there. At around 10:46 the lady at the front desk look at us and said she still hasn’t taken you back? No you are able to see us and talk to us so no. The lady at the front desk took us back. Took my sons vitals and put us in a room. We sat there for another 20 mins with no one walking in. My husband asked when our turn would. The nurse said we are next. We waited until 10:45 and as we were walking out nurse had her laptop with her to take my son’s symptoms down and more vitals. It would have been another 15/20 mins for the dr to come in. We left. This is uncalled for. They were not busy. I feel like we were discriminated against. I will never come back for service. I took my child to the carespot and we were in and out of there within 30 mins. This location needs to get their stuff together."
