MinuteClinic at CVS

"Spent the time to set appt online. Only to be told once confirmed that there was an error. When I went back the appt was no longer avail. I then called min clinic and was told wait time was 10 min to speak to rep. or I could go in to queue and they would call me back. After 12 min I called minute clinic back and was placed on hold for over 20 min. I went into the queue again and after 30 minutes a minute clinic rep called me. After my experience with both cvs/minute clinic and reading these reviews I have decided to go elsewhere and told rep same."

"Don't waste your time. They won't help, they will tell you to go to the ER. Save yourself a trip and go to Urgent Care."

"Don't use this minute clinic under any circumstances. They refused to give my mother covid treatment even though she hits every single risk factor and made her wait hours. Plus trying to get ahold of anyone is impossible. The store says they can't communicate with the minute clinic and the minute clinic line just goes in circles before hanging up on you even when you say representative."

"Okay first of all, it shouldn’t be called a minute clinic. More like hour clinic cause I waited over a hour to be seen. Second of all, if you value your life DO NOT go here. I went here because I knew I had a sinus infection. I get them all the time and just wanted some antibiotics to help clear it out. But apparently there wasn’t anything wrong with me and it was just my “allergies”. So she told me to take Flonase....so 3 days went by and I got worse so I went to a urgent care where the said I had a sinus infection, ear infection and upper respiratory infection. HMMMMMM!! Could have been prevented earlier if it wasn’t for the stupid idiot of a doctor at CVS."

"Should be 0 stars. I got right in this morning, sat down just long enough for me to tell her what was wrong. She said to go to the ER there's nothing I can do here. But that will be $99.... feel like I got ripped off. Should have just not charged me and told me to go somewhere else if there was nothing that could be done. Will not go back, my advice would be if your going to pay $99-$129 just to be seen, go to your primary doctor and pay the same vs a hole in the wall Doctor."
