"The team was not just friendly but they were fast, thorough, and genuinely concerned about what was going on. They took their time to figure out what was going on. After it was figured out they explained the treatment options and asked my input. The APRN suggested a breathing treatment, within minutes the nurse was in settings it up, APRN following shortly behind with the supplies I’d need for my at home care. Truly impressed with how well they took care of me and within the time frame they had me in and out. Highly recommend!!"

"Great staff, clean and newer building, but beware that the front desk is unmanned and no one answers the phone if you call. You must sign up on your phone or their ipad and pay before being seen. Be careful of which service you choose (there is a $100 price difference between annual physical and sports physical. I chose wrong and had to start the sign in process all over while losing my place in line.) I'm pretty tech savvy, but I was a bit confused as to which service I needed. There was no one available to help me. I flagged down the nurse, but she said she could not help. I tried to press the help button on the sign in kiosk, but nothing happened. I called the number I searched on Google, but no one answered. Other than this issue, it's a great place!"

"My daughters and I have all been seen in this office, including my child who is non-verbal with autism and multiple other medical needs. We’ve been to countless healthcare facilities and this is by far the best I’ve encountered. The staff is extremely kind, helpful, and caring. Each visit has taken less than an hour from the time of our arrival. I enjoy the simplicity of checking in online using my phone though I could see this being a problem for less tech savvy individuals. The staff always follows up with a call to make sure the plan of care is working and that our needs have been met. This place and medical team has been a blessing to our family."

"I was very impressed with the quality of care at this location. Both the NP Jaleesa and the medical assistant were both professional and kind. My son has been cycling through sicknesses and his first year of daycare. This team did tests that no other urgent care or his pediatrician has done! I very much appreciate the service and care we received today. They even have lollipops and a treasure chest for the kids. That was a sweet experience for my son! I felt like I learned from this visit and my son got the best care :)"
