"The scheduling process for blood work is atrocious. I needed blood work twice over the past year and tried to schedule an appointment ahead of time by phone and each time I was told that I could not and that lab work was walk in only. They could not also provide a wait time. I took time off of work and was told twice when I arrived that the wait time was over two hours! One of those times they told me they could make an appointment to come back. The second time I needed blood work, I logged into my portal and even called before I went and neither option gave me an opportunity to schedule an appointment. When I arrived, I was told the wait time was over an hour and given a piece of paper stating that they now accept appointments, even though I called before I went and was not offered an appointment. UHealth never sent me an email stating that appointments were now available for lab appointments. This practice is poorly run as their call center didn't know appointments could be made and I never received communication either of this option."
"Another unprofessional doctor that can't manage his own schedule: marchietti, floriano. I arrived at my appointment time at 11am and was told he is running 90 minutes behind... at 11am he is already running 90 minutes behind. Other reviews had the same comments so you can expect the same for you. Don't schedule here. It he can't manage his own schedule to such the terrible degree he is managing it now, I expect the rest of his performance is equally unprofessional."
"Terrible experience from the customer service to appointment scheduling. Super difficult to do so. As well as doesn’t give you to schedule with the provider of your choice. Avoid at all cost!!!!"
"I Love This Place. Dr are good and professional."
"The doctors are amazing (but a huge undersupply of them), the system is absolutely terrible and extremely unorganized. Sometimes they bill me the full amount without even sending it to my insurance, so I have to do it myself (then when I call UHealth, they say my insurance is in the system, yet somehow 25% of the time they magically 'forget' I have insurance). A HUGE RED FLAG is that I've even been charged hundreds of dollars on accident and double-billed, and the only reason I found out and didn't pay was when I called them and asked about it. They said to IGNORE their website which is constantly prompting me to pay an overdue bill, because it's wrong, but that they can't do anything about that prompt. Whenever there's any problem in the system, especially related to billing, which is very frequent here, you WILL be redirected about a dozen times over the course of several days before you reach someone that is actually willing and able to help you (often they'll give you useless phone numbers and send you in circles). Also, for the same exact appointment/treatment/etc you can be billed by varying amounts every month, because they'll sometimes offload the bill to another company that will charge you a different amount easily by >80%. Another thing to also note is there is a massive lack of dermatologists, which has resulted in me constantly running out of medication when I'm supposed to have monthly follow-ups for refills but even if you schedule right after the latest follow-up, they will have already become overbooked by the time you're supposed to have your next appointment and refill a month from now."
