I grew up with a terrible experience with doctors and have had a lot of trouble going to one because of this and everyone in this one is so kind and welcoming. I feel very respect, heard, and understood. I never have felt shamed or belittled. They are so great with people and so informative. The place is very clean and tidy too. They even have a little kids area and offer coffee!"

"Wouldn’t recommend this medical office to anyone. It feels like you’re just a number here, for any little thing they want you to go in so that they can charge you or bill your insurance. I’ve also never actually met the doctor here and I’ve had several appointments. I’ve even called on days where both the doctor and the nurses aren’t in."

"This used to be such a great doctors office to visit. Not anymore. Wait times are long. Averages 45 mins. for my last few visits. They drag you into the office for things that should easily and efficiently be handled over the phone - need a prescription refilled? Come to the office for an evaluation to get one. Need to get an explanation of your test results? Come to the office and get it. Battle them to get it over the phone - which is usually a 5 min convo - they bill your insurance for a visit. Do these offices not understand people have to take time off from work for these visits? Why must it be so hard? The actual doctors are very nice and do a good job but their office processes are maddening for the everyday person like me. Like I said - it wasn’t always like this. But this is what it’s like for my wife and I now."
