"I’ve been a long time patient with this ML location I think 3 years now. and I have to say it is by far the best miracle leaf, the staff is so friendly, kind and informative. The doctors are knowledgeable and straight to the point. This has always been such an easy, effortless process. I make my appt over the phone, make payment, I go in see the doctor and I’m in and out, my new recommendation is in, in less than 24 hours. I’ve never had an issue with this location and any bad reviews are honestly salty/ rude Karen's who don’t get their way. I will speak up for this amazing staff cause they deserve to be defended for their hard work and kindness. Jessica is Amazing!"

"You get one star because the doctors are great but the front office is unprofessional, petty n narcissist. Managers always late and her team cover up each other's bulljive . No more messing up n thinking you can play the victim. There are better more professionals locations. I didn't deserve what happened to me. When you claim to CARE n do things from the bottom of your heart I expect nothing less. You clearly proved you don't give one ounce about my health nor my health situations. Thanks for the seizures that could've been avoided had you done your job correctly. I see they lied to you like they lied to me. No worries I won't be using the palmetto bay location any longer for my medical needs. Funny you dish out disrespect but claim to not tolerate it and as far as customer service your office hours are 10am to 6 yet this whole week your story telling negligent manager hasn't showed up til 11 am . This office used to be one of the best but oh how the mighty have fallen. Your manager even acknowledged that she dropped the ball and it's sad I had to call and cuss you out to get things done that should've been done like I was promised not once but twice and they still screwed up so yea enjoy!!!"
