"Had caretaker take our lovely 93yr old grandma to see the Doctor. She was confronted with a non English speaking Doctor. I'm Hispanic and rather have her doctor speaking English for obvious reasons. She's my grandma inlaw and doesn't speak Spanish. What's worst is that the main reason for the appointment was nullified by an opinion. She's had gout for as long as I can remember certainly longer than 6yrs and this so called doctor stated without looking at her medical history nor looking at lab work that she was free and clear of her gout. All those painful nights with her swollen feet and legs must have been her and the families illusion not to mention a total misdiagnosis from her 30yr long doctor she frequented when she lived in Broward. I'm reporting this clinic for improper procedure and will be investigating weather those so called doctors are practicing with a felonious license."

"I call and call and no one answers, but although I went to the clinic on several occasions as a patient, "the doctors" really took care of me very well."

"This clinic never answers any of its phones. All the time the answering machine comes out and tells you "leave your message and press the number sign or press star for an operator" if you leave the message no one calls you and the star just repeats you the same stupidity and no operator."

"THIS IS THE WORST CLINIC ONE CAN BE IN. THE DOCTORS JUST TAKE EXAMS AND TELL YOU THAT EVERYTHING IS WELL AND THEY DO NOT HELP YOU AT ALL. THE ATTENDANTS ARE SUPER BADLY EDUCATED AND THEY TREAT YOU VERY BADLY. IT'S PLACE IS VERY DIRTY AND DISGUSTING. THE ATTENDER "ORFA" AT THE BISCAYNE CLINIC HANGED THE PHONE IN MY FACE AFTER I ASKED HER ABOUT A CHECK THEY SENT ME, AND SAID THAT THAT IS NOT HER PROBLEM. IF YOU WANT TO LOOK FOR A PROBLEM, GO TO THIS CLINIC THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND THEY DON'T CARE VERY MUCH ABOUT YOUR HEALTH OR WELL-BEING."
