"Started my care here. my first appointment got to my there an hour early, waited 3 hours. No update from the staff. Finally spoke with the dr and she said she was unusually overbooked as she and one other dr are the high risk drs. there. they said they were cleaning a room for me (my husband my child had to leave) so we expected it to be quite quick. believe I waited another 30-45mins without being seen. Dr. paid for an uber for me to get home without even having my appointment. Seems like long wait times is a common problem which is a shame. Keep in mind"
