"Terrible experience. With the way I was treated today I'm surprised this Sanitas has a 4.6 star rating. The girl at the front desk and the doctor could care less about helping me. The doctors were "in a meeting" and couldn't attend anyone who didn't have an appointment. I needed to speak with my doctor because I was not feeling well and I was hoping to get help but I needed an appointment. My wonder is how am I supposed to make an appointment for something I was not prepared to happen. How am I supposed to guess in advance that I would be feeling sick. They didn't bother to help nor did the doctor even probably know I was outside because a meeting is more important than her clients."

"Made an appointment with Arya Thalia and I will forever regret it. I scheduled an annual Pap smear & annual exam. She only did the Pap smear and instead, she charted normal results for assessments she did NOT even do and resolved issues I still have that she never asked about. If you want a genuine assessment for real medical concerns, DO NOT come here. My electronic health record also shows that she recorded my requests for testing, but she did not record them. I had to ask the front desk to remind her of the referral and diagnostics she had told me she would order, but never ordered. My depression is the worst it’s ever been and she documented that it is resolved. When I asked her about this she blamed ME saying that I should’ve spoken up about it, but she never gave me the chance. I was literally crying at my appointment from the overwhelming anxiety I felt. She is not observant, dismissive, and shifts the blame onto patients for her mistakes. I repeat, DO NOT schedule an appointment with her if you genuinely have medical concerns."

Clean, organized and pleasant is the visit I wanted and did receive. I highly recommend."
