Don't give it 5 stars because: 1) The wait was longer without having almost no one on the waiting line and 2) if you're in pain and cannot sit down, you cannot lean into one of their largest wall, because they have an enormous unnecessary painting there and if you lean, will break it (and probably have to pay for it)"

"I was a recent patient of the Jackson Health Country Walk UCC. I apparently had a virus that created some intense symptoms that was not COVID. Dr. Louis was very knowledgeable and had great bedside manner. I left feeling assured I would be better in no time. Fara was my admitting nurse and was very helpful and attentive to my needs and concerns. Sandra was my discharge nurse who provided me my discharge instructions and was very supportive and patient with me, as she answered all my questions. I have been a long time returning patient of the UCC’s of the pineapple down the road and must say the care at Jackson UCC felt like I was the focus, my healthcare and wellbeing was the goal; not my wallet and it’s contents. I am definitely going back to Jackson for my healthcare needs."
