"Avoid this place! Trust me! The service is terrible, wait times can be 2-3 hours long. You can’t speak to anyone unless you make an appointment, even if you just saw the doctor that morning. Terrible terrible. Everyone in the waiting room is angry and complaining. It’s not it. Honestly, super uncomfortable to be here. Get another doctor or dermatologist. I been waiting hours and this time I’m leaving and never coming back."

"The worst clinic ever! The neurologist was literally yelling at a patient in front of everyone, Completely unacceptable... the dermatologist was more concerned on treating her staff like garbage by blaming the staff for her own mistakes.. Patients waiting ridiculous hours for scheduled appointments. The dermatologist didn't even bother to look at me and stated it was stressed related. They take advantage of older patients that have no choice to go there due to thier Medicaid coverages .. so sad these people still open after so many problems. FYI I'm sure they will reply to my post with some outrages excuse to justify thier behaviors today at which I wouldn't be able to rebuttal since this platform won't allow me"

"I would give a 0 if I could. Very unpleasant experience. Before I visit a physician I make sure my insurance plan includes that physician in my network. The office did minimal effort to verify my insurance and stated they were not able to verify my information, I pulled up my insurance app and showed them that the Dr is clearly listed on there with the copay information, ( the insurance card has a provider number to call ) and they declined to assist me any further. I have wasted half a day of work . I thought I would address a health concern I have today and was completely dismissed. Very poor service The information I provided was correct. I am on the phone with my insurance company now with the same information I provided you and was confirmed that indeed Dr Sanchez is within my network and that I should have been seen. The number called was the number on the card I gave you with the member I.D that was listed as well."

"Prior to today’s visit I had the best of opinions about her office and services. I had to wait for more than a month to get an appointment with Jany. When I get to the office almost 30 minutes before the appointment time, there were easily more than 10 patients packed in her small reception. There are not enough chairs and to top it off, you can’t even use the phone to entertain while you wait because there is no signal. Many patients who were there had no sense on when they will be seen. Some were complaining already about waiting for more than 40 minutes passed their appointment time with no info yet. Many decided to leave all together like my wife and i did today after waiting for a long time. The staff is like no one is there. There is no sensibility to those waiting nor good mitigation of covid risk to say the least. There is no respect to patients who had to wait more than a month and sacrifice time from work to spend an entire half a day wait at the office too. Quiet honest, Jany May be a good Doctor but she is not the only one in this town. I am very disappointed."

"Don't Judge Dr. Sanchez on her current 1.9 rating on google. She's been my Dermatologist for the past 9 years. Yes her office is very busy, cause she's the best in town and everyone knows it. She's very sweet and I'm sure she would love to spend the whole day just talking about just about everything but I don't see how that's possible with such a busy office. If you go see Dr. Sanchez be prepared to tell her everything you need worked on and she'll happily attend to you. I've noticed that her emotions are very reflective, so those people who commented that she's moody is most likely cause they went in to her office with a bad attitude to begin with she's a Dermatologist not a counselor. When you have such a busy office you have to manage your time wisely and be as efficient as possible."
