"Where to start-IT took over a month to obtain an appointment after my PCP sent a referral even though my insurance does not require one. I had pain and progressing numbness in my face and arms. Very reluctant to prescribe anything. Work up for stroke, TIA, and MS. Next appointment 1 month , calling and stopping by the office, with worsening symptoms. MRI showed multiple herniated discs in my neck. I needed immediate surgery but would not recommend a neurosurgeon because of the insurance I had. Once I found a neurosurgeon, it took the office over a month to provide the notes to the neurosurgeon. The doctor "pushed" injections. I did have 1 set of injections, which did provide some relief and was told not to fall down anymore. Initially, I saw my PCP in February and had cervical fusion in September. 7 months is too long for severe pain and inability to take care of one's self. I would not recommend this office for anyone."

"I had my primary doctor send a referral to the doc, they tell me your primary is a liar! When I brought my concerns to the lady in the office, she tells me well the girl that said that, couldn't have said that?! Really! Were you right there to hear her??? No but she says different, so we will not accept you as a patient!!!??? Really!? That is so professional! I will be calling the medical board!!!"

"On Friday, December 1st, I had an appointment to see dr, Mousli. I was seen at 10:45 am and once he was done checking me, he informed me that he was going to order a prescription to relieve the discomfort. I was told he does all the prescriptions at the end of the day. I called his office on Monday and they indicated he was doing my prescription at the end of his consults. I called the office yesterday several different times to no avail as no one answered the phone. Maybe because they noticed the caller ID. I just tried calling the office from a different number other than mine and they finally answered the phone. When I mentioned to the person that answered the phone why I was calling, her response was, ok I will let him know. I have never been so disappointed and have never been treated so unprofessional by a dr. and his staff. The lack of communication and the fact that the lobby had very little A/C and no chairs for other patients to wait is unbelievable. One patient was told to go outside to her car, so that she can fill out her forms, what dr’s office does that? I WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING THIS SO CALLED NEUROLOGIST TO ANYBODY THAT IS FOR SURE!!!!!!"

"To be honest I was skeptical regarding injection considering the amount of pain I had and was almost not mobile at all. Just standing up to so much effort and both my arms just for siting, getting out of bed took me a half hour each day. I went for my for first appointment a month ago, and could not believe it when I got off the table. I sat down and stood up PAIN FREE!! I had to stand and sit twice, out of amazement, from out the wheel chair they put you in after procedure. I was so thankful. I walked to the car, and sat in the car without pain. I felt like I could hit the gym again. Today I had my second treatment, and only had recurring issue in left leg. My spine and right hip are still pain free. All I can say is that Dr. Mousli is awesome!!!!"

"I thank God that I found Dr. Mousli! I don't like taking pain medicine, and the injection shots never worked for me. I refused the help for the last 10 plus years because nothing helped. Dr. Mousli saw the terrible condition of my back and felt sorry for me, and actually sat and talked to me and begged me to let him help me. He reassured me that he is a different doctor and maybe his technique would have a different better outcome if I would just let him try. So I did! For the first time in over 10 years, I am up walking without my walker, haven't touched the wheelchair, I'm cooking and baking and crocheting blankets again! I actually got to go to the beach and enjoyed the walk! This has made me physically and mentally very happy again! As for the complaints I have read on here, you have to understand that he actually wants to help and really cares and listens, and that takes a lot of time. He is honestly worth every second of your time ! I highly recommend Dr. Mousli for all of your pain management needs! Thanks so much for bringing life back into my life!"
