"They were super busy on my first visit and I clearly understood being just opening back up from the holiday. All of the staff was courteous and very friendly The doc was knowledgeable of my issue and very helpful. I like how Dr.Donahue get straight to the point as to what's going on and doesn't prolong the process of what needs to take place on fixing the problem. Thank you Dr D. "I arrived at 2:10 PM for an appointment scheduled for 2:50 PM. I had x-rays on hand and already had my information in the institute's patient portal. Upon checking in, I was told they required additional imaging - despite my images being less than 3 weeks old. Then the endless wait began. Well over an hour past my scheduled appointment and I was still in the waiting room. A waiting area filled with patients and all the receptionist had to say was that the doctor was an hour behind. Clearly, staffing at this location are well over their heads. Avoid this location at all costs!"

"Ok, now I understand why people are leaving negative reviews in the waiting room. When I first arrived I thought this place was great. It’s new and the staff at the front desk seemed nice. But I’ve now been here over 90 minutes and they called a guy who signed in after me AND now they’re saying there’s still one person ahead of me before I’ll even be called. Apparently the doctor is running an hour behind (though it is currently 1hr and 15 min since my scheduled appt time). When I made this appointment 2 days ago, the booker told me the doctor had appointments open all day. How is it possible that suddenly he’s slammed and running so far behind? This is definitely not a place to come if you have a job or any commitments that require you to be seen in a reasonable amount of time. Definitely not the type of doctor’s office where you feel cared for or valued."
