"It would be better if they gave the same preference and treatment as they give their friends and coworkers. This is done blatantly at the VA."
"They Will Be Haveing Valet In the Coming Weeks For More Convenice"
"Nothing but rude older folks who work here and act like they could be doing something better with their time. Don’t call either, they’ll be sure to pick the phone up, not say a word, then hang up. What a freaking waste and slap in the face to veterans."
"I've been to many VAs. By far, this is the worst. Nothing is patient-centered. I relocated from another state and tried setting up appointments ahead of time. They refused to do this. Everything is to be done as a walk-in appointment. The result is that a veteran, who was also a VA employee, had a gap in care of over 4 months waiting on the appointments. I've also had multiple last minute appointment cancellations resulting in medications gaps. Once again, the solution is "come be a walk in". I had to miss three days of work just to get my routine mental health medications!!!!! Absolutely terrible facility"
"Very upset! I came to get Covid 19 testing done and had to wait outside. The bad part about this was that the staff outside did not tell me they had waiting area so I just sat on the floor by the entrance. Maybe because I was Latino they lacked the communication. I hope this was not the case! The worst thing about this I am a licensed health care practitioner and ex VA employee. I really hate to see this lack of customer service to any VA Veteran especially when I went all out for my veterans when I was employed at the VA. The only positive thing was the doctor. She was kind so I would like to give her kudos for that."
