"Unprofessional service I felt discriminated and harassed and prescribed with medication that only made my condition worse than it is and despite the fact for asking for a different prescription they prescribed me with something even worse than before and constantly asking to do a follow up for a something different that will best suit me I got harassed and treated as if my mental health does not matter recommended going somewhere else theses “doctors “ will prescribe you with anything to make a buck for visiting"

"If you are looking for a genuine clinic that cares about your health I would look somewhere else the way my husband was treated and as well as discriminated against due to his appearance is beyond hurtful especially when dealing with mental health and not only that we decided not to come here anymore and they continued to harass us with phone calls and then yell at us on the phone that my husband was dropped as a patient when we we were planning on coming back anyways!"

"I really wish there was a way to rate this facility with zero stars. It took me three phone calls just to get a satisfactory response. I diligently followed the treatment plan prescribed by the doctor, which involved taking medication for a month and scheduling a follow-up. However, there was no follow-up whatsoever. Instead, I kept receiving empty promises of a call back that never materialized. Finally, after more than a month of struggling to get in touch, they informed me that my insurance was no longer accepted at their facility. It's disheartening to see how little importance they seem to give to mental health. I strongly advise you to seek a better place for your needs."
