"I am giving the review a 2 not because of the Doctor but the Doctor’s assistant. She was rude, made fun of how I spoke and treated me disrespectfully when leaving the office. But the Doctor was kind and attentive but a shame of the assistant."

"The only good thing about my experience so far was a very quick consultation to surgery. Here is a list of a few complaints: • It's been over 4 days, and I still have NO idea what the doctor actually did in the operating room. I've been asking since I woke up. • The office staff confirmed my post-op appointment with Katherine Hicks, but later stated she overbooked herself at my local facility and moved it out another 6 days at a facility not near my home. (Let's make a customer with one hand and pain meds drive across town, LOL, Happy new year!) • I've been promised multiple calls back to handle billing, follows ups on point #2 (Above), and haven't heard a peep. (Hey Andy, pick up the freaking phone and let's chat! You were emailed today, but apparently don't check it!) • The office staff plays pass the buck and emails each other to betch about each other's behavior, rather than just calling me to fix it! • Office staff made a comment "I can't believe you paid TGH, Now the Dr (Doarn) won't get paid because the hospital has the money". Why is that something that involves me?! You're businesses, work it out and dont involve me! I paid almost 4k out of pocket to the surgery center and FOI is complaining that "They (TGH) called me too fast" so the doc won't get paid. Apparently, my money isn't good enough because it's in the wrong pocket. Overall, i'm dissatisfied. Chaos Attitudes need checking Phrasing to customers needs to be improved Schedules need to be followed and not overbooking and then rescheduling. Total bill (per TGH Directors) is over 108k, just for the operation, and this is how you get treated when you're worth that $# to the provider. "Dr. Kumar is amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and he has an incredible bedside manner with his patients. He’s very thorough and better than that, he listens and hears what his patients are saying. He performed my daughter’s ACL reconstruction surgery and we cannot thank him or recommend him enough. If you want the absolute best orthopedic surgeon for yourself or your child, look no further!"
