"Last week on Thursday Me and my husband had scheduled appointment to visit the primary Doctor, after arranging the morning off from work for both of us we took a near 20 mile trip at 8am and got to the clinic before 9am we came to realize that the personal in charge of opening the clinic failed to arrive or to call us to cancel the the appointment to us prior the day off, we called the clinics phone number and no responses from the staff, the owner or the Doctor, no one showed up or answered the phone, after waiting for more than half hour we had no luck, no one showed and we left, after we had left the the front desk person called me and she was excusing herself saying that she had to assist the hospital the night before and that the hospital gave her a medicine to sleep, and she was just waking up , its very disrespectful that people now days don’t care about people time or provide a poor customer service or just complying with a simple appointment, we believe that could be avoided with a bit more of professionalism, the one they lack off, we are very disappointed about this because no one care about our time ."
