"I went for a shingrix shot and was told it would be free. After giving them my Medicare cards, I took the shot. The assistant then informed me that it would be $192. I also took a Covid antibodies test as well that she told me would cost $38 BEFORE TAKING THE TEST. She then mentioned that had I gone to the pharmacy I might have gotten the SHINGRIX shot for free. I asked the pharmacy at the CVS on US 1 in Coral Gables and they told me that it is free for me there. I HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT AND HAVE HEARD NOTHING AFTER A MONTH."

"This is the worst place possible, please don’t come here. The nurse was so rude. She kept us waiting for over an hour, and she lied to the pharmacist, and told her that she was with someone, when she wasn’t. This is a total scam as well, she told us it was $20, for an athlete physical. We brought our own form, all she had to do was ask some questions, and she tried to charge $80 that’s nearly $100 dollars!!! For a physical that’s not even a page long. I would recommend firing this lady. I think her name is wonda she had blonde hair, glasses, and a horrible body figure, I’ll punch her in her face if I meet her again."

"The nurse practicer with the blonde hair that was there at 9:00 am on 10/26/19 was BEYOND rude!!! I have never experienced such laziness and disrespect in my life! I guess she was just miserable because it was Saturday and she had to work but that behavior should have not been taken out on me!!! All I needed was a physical for an fitness exam and to sign off on it and she completely refused to do it and told me to go to the urgent care to get it done mind you I had the first appointment of the day and it could not have been a simpler form that she needed to just fill out. Long story short I ended up going to the urgent care to get my physical done and they were SO sweet and I was in an out in about 20 minutes! Thank goodness for them and I will NEVER be going to your MinuteClinic again at least not while she is working there!! She definitely made your business lose a good $89 that day because of her!!!"

"The nurse practitioner does not want to treat anything other than a cold. She refuses to do simple tests and refused service to both the man that came before me and myself. Terrible practice, she should be ashamed."

"Probably, the first clinic I've ever been where I 've been seen in a matter of minutes. The nurse was very nice, she prescribed me a medicine and answered all my questions. I was already feeling better the next day."
