"The Doctor's are great, but the office manager needs an attitude adjustment and the billing administrator just wants to talk over you. They sent me to collections 4 months after I paid my balance. Asked for a letter stating that I shouldn't have been sent to collections, that it was their mistake instead I get a receipt in the mail that I already had when I paid my bill."

"Disorganized and ableist front desk staff. I had my imaging sent over but because it wasn't on a disc they refused to let me see the doctor. I even brought my MRI Results via MyChart on a laptop but they would not accommodate. Also their waiting room uses scented products that trigger migraines. I would not recommend this facility. I also have auditory processing disorder issues and the front desk stuff acted like I was stupid when I asked them to repeat answers."

"My elderly mother had a recent fall and was sent over by her rehab. Anyway the staff was kind and friendly and professional. Dr Slavnic walked in with such a kind and smiling face to my mom and I. Great bedside manner. She is 96 and he was wonderful explaining everything to us. Hopefully I will never need a spine doctor, but if so I’m going to this office. Short wait time as well. Thank you all."

"Still in pain 3 months after surgery. Headaches every day. Stabbing pain in back of neck but "no everything looks great!!" Promised pain management just last Friday, but I called today and admin rejected what doc told me Friday. I am sad to say once they get their money they will drop you."

"I was totally lost once I was told I needed surgery. I was referred here by my GP. This was my first surgery. I was very nervous and scared. The surgeon was wonderful as were the nurses. The horrible experience started with the office staff. They are very unprofessional and aggressive. They were asked by myself and the surgeon to fill out paperwork for my claim. I witnessed it for myself when my surgeon gave an office staff a directive on how to fill out my disability paperwork. This information decided wither or not I received payment from disability. The paperwork my surgeon gave very direct information he wanted in the form. The office staff stated in the paperwork that I was able to return to work. When the surgeon clearly stated I was physically unable to return to work. Disability insurance then went after me for repayment because of the false information sent by the office staff. After several phone calls to both the doctors office staff and my disability claim officer. I was basically told I lied to disability because of the information from my doctors office staff. So I went without any payment for over a month. After this I was put on long term disability and sent a form to take to the doctors office. I went to the doctors office and requested to speak to the office manager. The office staff behind the counter stated they don’t do long term disability. I started I wanted to speak with the office manager and I was referred. At that point another office staff addressed me (without being addressed) and very directly informed me again they would not help me. Stay away from this practice. They are so disjointed between the doctors and the office staff. It’s very clear that the office staff run the entire office. Worst experience I’ve ever had from office staff (medically uneducated secretaries). Apparently the office staff don’t listen to the physicians and nurses and apparently it acceptable practice at this practice. I was mistakenly under the impression my physician would handle my case. NO, it’s the medically uneducated office staff Now I’m without the surgeon I trusted and still in pain. I don’t think I can trust another surgeon after this experience. I’d rather live in pain than deal with this kind of treatment."
