Mann Middle School

"This school is alright sometimes but the teachers/ staff can be rude. The students are mostly all rude. this is an honest review #firstamendmentrights. Mann middle school can be fun sometimes... we have cool field trips. The teachers do an alright job with teaching."

"This noon, my daughter got chocked by a boy in school and he is telling everyone she got lice! What the hell is this school getting into. My daughter never got in trouble at her previous middle school until we moved to Brandon and then girls are bullying her into fights. I already confronted the principal of that school twice about the girls fighting her and he assured me that he is doing his best to keep the kids safe from bullying and that school "supposedly" to stop the bullying. But he also said the child chose to fight or a crowd coming around her is a voliation and she end up getting suspended from school when she isn't the one who's bullying her but confronting a person in a conversation instead of raising hands. Like I said, Her Father and I raised her not to be a bully and this school have a nerve to allow boys touch the girls in this miserable school?! My daughter was 3 time honor roll student in previous middle school until now the teachers are also bullying the students and abusing their grades! I am livid to hear this text from my daughter she got chocked a boy and now she doesn't want to go to school anymore because stupid parents are not helping control their children's manners to school and they need to watch their teachers more closely because there are some bullying the kids in school. The principal wouldn't allow my daughter bring home make up work so she doesn't lose her grades because she is focused on education to get more scholarships for college! Also she got suspended again missing her mid terms last Dec! I am not happy with this school with the God-Awful support of the staff that is not supporting the kids' growth to be a decent human being. I also have evidence that there was staff members around my daughter when a girl grabbed her hair! Her father goes to school full time and work 40 hrs a week every single day, no miss! Andrea has the same drive as her father and now this school is FAILING her and I am working on the weekends to make ends meet and help raise the children and it's certainly not helping us to do our job better with that school not protecting our kids good enough! Please listen to your children if they are being under-educated or overwhelmed by the teachers/students because this school's discipline is not doing well. We paid to be sure the school board assign the teachers to keep our kids educated, behaved, and most importantly SAFE from harm! IS there a form I can sign that can file a compliant about this situation? I certainly need it to help educate the school board about that school!"

"I went to Mann for 3 years best three years of my life my best friend Ariana Owens (skittles) was there with me I just graduated there and I go to Brandon high school now the teachers were the best ever they taught us and still made it fun I was an athlete there for three there it was amazing played basketball,soccer,track,volleyball that middle school was like a 2nd home to me"
