"Don’t get me started… They have pretty much not called in or screwed up my meds every 2 weeks or every month. But I don’t really have a choice. *Edit: Gabriel finally left and I've been treated like a human being, not a criminal. And now I'm not having problems with my medication getting called in. Thank you John (the new nurse practitioner) for your professionalism and compassion. *New edit: John left and as soon as he left my prescriptions were wrong again. 2 months ago they sent me someone else's medication in my name at a different pharmacy. That woman left and I tried explaining the problems I've had in the past. It was like she didn't believe me. Anyway, after seeing her they sent my medications to one pharmacy and one medication to a pharmacy I don't even use, just like last time. Fml."

"I LOVE Dr. Stone and have been with her for over 10 years and have FOLLOWED her WHEREVER she goes, but the staff that she has now lately is NOT compassionate or realizes when someone is in SEVERE pain. When you work for a PAIN MANAGEMENT OFFICE staff should have those components when it comes to patients. In my opinion (being with Dr. Stone so long) her office manager Christine is just not nice. When I called to talk about some issues, she got on the phone with me as I was on hold from another staff member, and she never introduced herself on who she was. I literally had to ask “who am I speaking with”She was very short with me and kept talking over me when I was trying to explain what I needed. This isn’t the first time that I’ve seen this with Christine. I would be sitting in the waiting room and literally watch her with other employees and patients and she comes across as a tyrant to them. I’ve worked for a lot of Dr offices in the past and I have NEVER seen an office manager be like this?! Again, I love Dr. Stone but her staff of a crew that she has needs to change in my opinion……"

"Dr Stone & her staff are amazing. They are professional & always so nice. I have never waited more than 15 mins to see someone. I never have a problem getting through to the office or making appointments. If I have to leave a message then they always get back to me within 24 hours. I can't say that about any other doctor I have. You guys are awesome!!!!!"

"I've been a patient here since 2012. Everyone is so friendly. Dr. Nel is awesome and he keeps me from having pain from a very an extensive back surgery. I would never go to another pain specialist. I love it here. If you need a doctor for pain management definitely check out his practice. You won't be disappointed."
